The clinic is conveniently located off I-275 at State Route 28 at the Milford-Blanchester exit at 1081-A State Route 28 in Mulberry Square near Krogers. Mulberry Square is off bypass 28. Our office is next door to the UPS Store.
Dr. Daren Mazzone and Dr. Antonio Crisci see patients from all parts of Cincinnati, but more specifically Milford and surrounding cities such as Goshen, Loveland, Blanchester, Eastgate and Batavia.
